User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the aladdin888 platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or transactions.
- Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other method to manipulate or interfere with the platform's functions.
- Transferring funds between user accounts to circumvent wagering requirements or promotional conditions.
- Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Sharing or selling your account to another party, or allowing others to access your account.
Aladdin888 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, freezing balances, and reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit
All deposits into an aladdin888 account are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and FPX transfers. Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate. aladdin888 is not liable for any delays or failures arising from incorrect information or issues on the part of the payment service provider.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same name as the aladdin888 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. aladdin888 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method. TNG eWallet is generally faster than bank transfers. Any taxes or fees imposed by banks or eWallet providers are the user's sole responsibility. aladdin888 does not charge hidden fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions.
Liability Limits & Account Policy

Aladdin888 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, business disruption, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses. Our total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
The platform does not guarantee that its services will be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses. We are not liable for any data loss or system damage experienced by users while using the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
Aladdin888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, illegal activity, regulatory authority requests, or where the platform determines that the safety of other users or the integrity of the system is at risk. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance (after deducting amounts related to the breach) will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any valid remaining balance will be returned once all review conditions have been met.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the aladdin888 platform are the exclusive property of aladdin888 or parties that have licensed them to us. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such materials without our prior written consent.
